Apparently if you forward the e-mail, you will receive 240.00, and every person who forwards after that etc. It’s probably not true but I did it anyway.

I run a business and I’m looking for a good e-mail program to send to my customers when I have sales, etc. It has to be one that can handled about 1000 names at once. I don’t want to send 25 at a time, it’ll take all day. And, no it’s not spam, these people have signed up with me. Thanks.

We have a small plumbing business and I have found a niche service of winterizing homes in our area that I would like to market to real estate brokers and property managers. In this area I can access them mostly by email or by phone message. I would like to send an email that outlines our service and prices. I think it would be easier to track responses by email but is email a professional way to approach this?

I am new to online marketing and since our professional reputation is important I don’t want to start off on the wrong foot. We are on an advertising budget -most off which has already been allocated for other things so I do need to be careful here.

I want to send an e-mail to as many people as possible promoting my new product however I have no funds to use one of the companies that does it for you. How do I find a list of recepients and e-mail them for free?

I have not been a NetZero member in over 6 years. In 2005 I started receiving marketing emails from them. Clicking on the link at the bottom of their emails for non-NetZero members to be removed from their list always took me to an error page. After hunting through their web site, I finally found a toll free phone number that didn’t require me to pay $1.99 a minute to speak to someone and they stopped sending me the emails. In October of 2006 I started getting these emails again; the link for non-members still didn’t work, their was no longer a no fee phone number to call, and I’ve received three emails from spam@netzero.com telling me they would forward my emails to the right person. I’m still getting emails from them. I’ve even notified spam@uce.gov about this, and of course haven’t gotten a response. Anyone else had similar problems? I’d like to know because this seems to me to be the very working definition of spam.
