with today’s fast changing preferences, you’d think this stuff would get old! Are all of my friends/relatives just being suckered into something? Does the last email go to some marketing firm that now has tons of info on everyone?

I’m in the Real Estate Finance business and work as an independent broker representative. I send out a lot of emails, marketing pieces, and hand out a lot of business cards. I use my middle name as my last name on my marketing pieces and when talking with clients and associates because my last name is just too long and complicated, especially in an email address. I do, however, sign my legal documents with my first, middle, and last name all together. Is it legal to market myself using just my middle name? Can I legally use my middle name without my last name for business even for legal documents if I get some type of DBA (Doing Business As)?

Please someone tell me I don’t have to legal delete my last name to make this work!

where should I find real email address? and how should I do this?

Does anyone have any suggestions on knowing how much emails we send?
I would like to send 20000 emails for marketing, therefore, receiver can click on email to access our web site. My concern is who will know we are sending 20000 emails at this moment.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I managed to get one email out when I used word, but then with publisher it says I can’t use the email marketing service. There is so little support for this it’s incredibly frustrating!!

I see these software programs that are email millions. I guess you only make 1 email and it goes out to everyone (3 million per day), 70 Million per month. Are their any software programs that do this free (freeware). Please let me know. Or has anyone ever done this type of marketing before? Please let me know. Thanks
