I Have signed up for Yahoo Plus personal email however it does not show up in Yahoo Business mail

I have a freinds which own marketing and database company.
I feels that he can listen everybody conversation or mail , do i have to report this thing ??
As im not good in technologies , how i can prove it that my phone land line and hand phone aswell my mail beeing follow ?? As im very scared to involve with him , what do you think i have todo. I try to think what i can think, but iguest he makes bussinnes in doggie way. but i cannot do anything to him as he is millionner.
