I need to know the top companies that sell lists, send out mass emails and then provide analysis on the success of the marketing (e.g. # opens, # forwards, etc).

Not sure what more to add here. I’m sending an email to a co-worker and my subject should be Fellow teacher: concerning DSC materials. What is the best way to shorten the word ‘concerning’? I know there’s a way, but I had trouble finding it in an internet search.

I had a issue with one of there promotions i need to contact dell about it.

This guy that works for me consistently changes the color of the font of statements he wants to emphasize to the color red. This is absolutely driving me nuts. It occurs in every email corrispondence the guy sends out. It could be just one sentence and he will change the color of part of it. It wouldn’t bother me if this was personal email that he was sending to friends or family. But it is business coorispondence the he is sending to customers and internally to other departments and peers in his department.

I think it is unprofessional because it makes the recepient feel like he thinks they are not smart enough to get his point. I’ll mention as well that most of his emails are lengthy… perhaps the reason he feels the need to draw attention to his point by changing the font. Have you ever encountered this? Do you think it is unprofessional? Why?
