Best Database?
I am looking for a database that i can store my customer details on. Name, email address etc. I would also like to have an additional notes page that i can attach to each customer with extra information. I would like this to be customisable. I also need it to send calendar reminders to my self and email marketing. In addition to this it needs to mac and pc compatible. Ideally i would like freeware but would not mind paying (don’t have big budget) if it was worth it.
Its a lot to ask but someone might already know the best thing rather than me trawl the web

Is there an email marketing software?
Does anyone know if there is a software I can use to send out mass email marketing campaigns as we all get from corporate giants like Apple, Microsoft, Rogers, Go Daddy.com and so on. I know there are third party websites that offer this service such as Constant Contact but I want to know is there a software that does all this instead?
Also looking for a software that can track data/statistics for my marketing campaigns at the same time (if possible).
I don’t want no monthly charge. I want to buy a software like I would buy any other software for my computer.

How do I use Microsoft Access to automate a certain data entry procedure?
Hi,
Basically we’re a small marketing firm looking to input a company’s database into Access. Upon doing so, we’ll have callers contacting the name’s in the database and asking them to answer the survey. The survey needs to be displayed with the databased entry’s contact info. Thus the caller can ask the questions, record the answers, then move on to the next name on the list. At some point I’ll also need to learn how to organize the respective data, but perhaps that’s another question
